In 1987, my husband, Bill and I decided to leave our respective careers and start our own business. We wanted a company that one day, if successful, our children could join. A company that gave back to the community. A company of which we would be proud.  The home care industry was the right fit for our family.

Nova Home Care & Staffing provides essential care and support.  When my husband had his own battle with illness, I learned firsthand how vital our services are.  Without our home care team, I would have been lost.  Our son, William assumed the responsibilities of our company affording us the time we needed together.  Life is all about supporting each other.  We understand the support you need.

As a family, we take a personal interest in our clients’ care and work side by side with our office staff and caregivers to ensure the highest standards of quality.
